A stunning new poster has been released for Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu. Eggers‘ latest film is his first since 2022’s The Northman. The movie is described as a gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake.
The cast for the film is loaded, including Bill Skarsgård, Lily-Rose Depp, Nicholas Hoult, Willem Dafoe, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. The source material feels like a perfect match for Eggers, who has used his detailed, cold aesthetic and style to great effect before in multiple A24 horror pictures (The Witch and The Lighthouse).
I’ve liked every one of Robert Eggers’ movies thus far, and Nosferatu‘s release date of December 25, 2024 can’t come soon enough. A teaser trailer for Nosferatu was released in June. You can view the new poster and trailer from June down below:
